My first exposure to the Reverse Mortgage Program was in 2005. I personally helped my mother with her 2 Reverse Mortgages* as well as a number of her friends. My husbands parents and other family and friends have also benefited from this program.
I provided Reverse Mortgage education to the Senior Community and their families to help them understand how they work, who they work best for and when and if one is right for them.

* You are only allowed to have 1 reverse mortgage at a time, and it must be on your primary residence. My mother sold her home 7 years after obtaining her first reverse mortgage. She then purchased her new home with a Reverse For Purchase here in Colorado.
